Caio has more than 25 years of experience across corporate and investment banking, asset management, principal finance and senior finance leadership.
He began his career in Latin American corporate and distressed-debt research at Salomon Smith Barney, followed by wholesale banking at ING. During 17 years at Santander, he held senior roles in São Paulo, Hong Kong, Sydney, London and Madrid.
